Winner of Employer of the Year, & Awarded Highly Commended for Team of the Year at Newark Business Awards 2024!
On Friday the 14th of June, we attended the Newark Business Awards after being selected as Finalists for Employer of the Year and Team of the Year. We were overjoyed just to be in the room, never mind to win Employer of the Year and get Highly Commended for Team of the Year.
The other nominees in our categories were all first class local businesses and charities, so to get the results we did feels amazing.
The incredible team at Highfields work tirelessly to provide the finest education and make school the happiest of places, creating lifelong memories for our pupils – so to receive this recognition for our hard work feels great.
