Aims and values
We warmly welcome you and your child to Highfields Kindergarten. As a parent we know you will want to feel confident that you have made the right choice for your child’s early years’ care and education and that your child will have the very best early years’ experiences to support their on-going development.
At Highfields Kindergarten we ensure the environment in which your child will be cared for has been planned carefully and professionally to meet the standards of the Early Years Foundation Stage, providing the right emotional and social support with the appropriate educational stimulation for your child as an individual.
Our main aims in the Kindergarten are to value each child, celebrate and acknowledge their achievements and work as a team in consultation and in partnership with parents and carers to ensure each child has the opportunity to progress in areas that they need to develop.
We pride ourselves on our deeply rooted values to offer a warm, inviting and caring approach, working hard to ensure each child feels valued, unique, safe and settled in order for them to have the confidence to soak up new experiences and knowledge and become independent in their everyday lives.
