Our new Cook, Mr Peter Ling, started work at Highfields this week. He initially started working alongside Mrs Barker prior to her retirement before taking over management of the kitchens. We are very excited about this appointment as Mr Ling has a huge amount of experience as a chef in the RAF and has cooked for many prestigious guests. He also has an amazing repertoire of menus!
Here are Form 1 enjoying their Turkey Tetrazzini followed by chocolate mousse with meringue swans in the centre! Also on the menu for this week is Pork Zorba and St George’s Roast Beef with Dragon Breath Sauce!
