Form 6 visited the National Holocaust Centre on Monday 20th March at nearby Laxton The children found this a most thought provoking experience, both moving but also extremely engrossing.
The approach of the Centre, one of learning through handling, enabled the pupils to gain first-hand knowledge of a real child with whom they could identify as well as see the dilemma which faced the child and his family in 1938.
“A most worth-while visit” is a view shared by all.
