Form 5 Yorkshire Residential day 3 – Robin Hood’s Bay

Today was spent at Robin Hoods Bay, again the weather was kind. We slipped and hopped across the rock pools in search of sea life- discovering many creatures, with Connie fishing out a bruiser of a Shore Crab.

We searched the along the cliff base of the Jurassic Coastline for fossils and even had time to stop for ice cream.

With high tide approaching the children spent some time wandering the narrow streets, following the National Trust trail, learning about the history of the town. The day was rounded off with a evening stroll around the scenic village of Cloughton.
