Form 5 History Assembly – Thursday 27th November 2014

A History lesson will never seem the same again after Form 5’s joyful gallop through the most memorable events of the last millenium starting with the Battle of Hastings in 1066 when King Harold got an arrow in his eye! ¬†Working through the centuries to bring an otherwise “boring” history lesson to life, we learned about Guy Fawkes, the Black Death, the Great Fire of London and the wonderful but horrible Henry VIII and his many wives…..

Brilliant acting by all but a special mention to Jack Mason who was a convincing Henry and Matthew Rands for his brave cameo as Anne of Cleeves.  Anyone got a RADA application form?

Well done to all Form 5 and to Mrs Arthur for a highly entertaining and informative assembly.
