With the sun shining and the birds singing – and a lot of very full suitcases loaded on to the minibus roof! – Form 6 set off for their farewell tour together on their Yorkshire Residential. Staying at the lovely Cober Hill in Claughton, midway between Scarborough and Whitby, the children will have the ideal base for a range of activities in and around the North York Moors area.
First up today en route is the National Coal Mining Museum in Wakefield complete with an authentic underground tour depicting what is what was like to be a miner.
